REGISTERED NURSE (FULL TIME/part time)

Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for patient-centred care? Medics at Craigieburn is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our supportive and professional team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, busy general practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

You will work closely with our GPs and administrative team to deliver excellent clinical care and support to our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Chronic disease management and health assessments

  • Wound care and immunisations

  • ECGs and pathology collection

  • Iron infusions for patients with chronic iron deficiency

  • 24-hour Holter monitor fittings in collaboration with Northside Cardiology

  • Patient education and preventative health support

  • Assisting with minor procedures and treatment room duties

  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Previous general practice experience (preferred but not essential)
