REGISTERED NURSE (FULL TIME/part time)
Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for patient-centred care? Medics at Craigieburn is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our supportive and professional team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, busy general practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with our GPs and administrative team to deliver excellent clinical care and support to our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Chronic disease management and health assessments
Wound care and immunisations
ECGs and pathology collection
Iron infusions for patients with chronic iron deficiency
24-hour Holter monitor fittings in collaboration with Northside Cardiology
Patient education and preventative health support
Assisting with minor procedures and treatment room duties
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous general practice experience (preferred but not essential)
